Regionally focused real estate investor, Colmore Capital, embarks on a new first with the arrival of the company’s first ever graduate, Fergus Macdonald, to support both the investment and asset management teams.

Having recently completed his degree as well as various work experience placements including JLL and Newmark, Fergus brings an injection of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and is eager to put his academic knowledge into practice and develop his experience across the business. Working closely with both the investment and asset management teams, he will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investment and help link teams together to help push the business to further success.

Fergus joins Colmore Capital at an exciting time for the business, as the company continues to grow its regional presence and build on its reliable track record of investing in and actively managing property across its regional reach.
