Regionally focused real estate investor, Colmore Capital, has further bolstered its asset management capabilities with the appointment of Matt Wyeth as Asset Manager. Matt brings a wealth of commercial property experience to the role and a commitment to driving value and supporting the delivery of strategic business plans across Colmore Capital’s diverse regional portfolio. With a strong background in managing a range of commercial portfolios spanning the industrial, office, retail, and niche sectors, Matt will utilise his technical expertise and proactive approach to contribute to the firm’s continued delivery of value to capital partners; something that will be invaluable as the business continues to grow.

Prior to joining the Colmore Capital team, Matt spent four years at real estate consultancy Knight Frank where he achieved his letters to become a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). Matt worked in Knight Frank’s Birmingham office, within the Property Asset Management team, where he developed a reputation for a high standard of client care and a strategic focus on asset performance. Matt holds an MSc in Real Estate Management from Birmingham City University and an undergraduate degree in Human Geography, providing him with well-rounded insight and industry expertise.
